All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.

  • All our items are quality checked before shipped out meaning processing an order can take around 2-5 business days.
  • US orders arrive within 8-16 business days or faster after it has been quality checked, processed and shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • International orders (outside of the US) can take 8-20 business days or faster depending on the country.
  • If an order gets stuck, sent back or lost during the delivery process, we will ship you a new package free of charge!
  • We are not responsible for international taxes, customs fees or duties. That is the sole responsibility of the customer!
  • If you have not received your order after 5-6 weeks we suggest contacting our customer service immediately so we can start an investigation.

How long is your Priority Express Shipping?

If you have paid for Priority Express Shipping then your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once your item has been crafted and shipped from our fulfillment center you will receive it within 5-8 business days. If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us. 

We currently offer Priority Express Shipping to the following countries:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France and Germany.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?

Beware that in some cases we may split your order into multiple shipments in order to ship the products as fast as possible. If you are not sure if your order will come in multiple shipments please contact our customer service.


*Please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping international orders as we and our shipping carriers are required by law to take the necessary precautions to contain the spread. This means less staff which can cause small delays on some orders. However most of our orders still arrive within the above mentioned shipping times*
